My Journey

1. Professional Training in Gestalt Therapy & Massage Therapy 🤲

Gestalt Therapy: Four Years Training at the Institute of Gestalt Therapy, Berlin

For four years, I trained to hold space for psychotherapeutic relationships in a way that is present, experimental, and grounded in real-time experience. Gestalt Therapy is not just about analysis—it is about stepping into the here and now, experiencing change as it unfolds.

Massage Therapy: 20+ Years of Training and Private Practice

For over two decades, I have worked professionally in massage therapy, supporting countless individuals in releasing tension, restoring balance, and reconnecting with their bodies. My approach to massage is not mechanical—it is a dialogue between practitioner and client, based on real-time feedback and deep listening.

2. The Science and Practice of Mind-Body Awareness 🧘‍♂️

My work is informed by deep training in meditation, yoga, and mind-body practices. These disciplines have given me tools to guide others in embodiment, breathwork, and somatic awareness, helping them reconnect with their bodies in a profound way.

Alongside formal training, I have engaged in extensive self-directed study in science and the humanities, continuously deepening my understanding of the intersection between psychology, philosophy, and somatic healing.

3. The Performing Arts: The Body as an Instrument of Presence 🎭

My background in acting and dance trained me to understand the subtle language of the body—how it holds tension, how it expresses emotion, and how it interacts with others.

As a producer and performer of interactive theater events, I have explored what it means to engage, connect, and create transformation in real-time. Performance is a dialogue between self, space, and others—a principle that applies just as powerfully to healing.
